IT Officer

JOB SUMMARY:

• Manages the hotel's existing computer system and its maintenance and monitoring of Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares lay-out and printing of promotional ads for banquet events and other functions;
• Solves technical and operational computer system problems;
• Monitors contract and activities of outside programmers and maintenance personnel;
• Conducts regular check-up of all computers, trouble shoots computer problems of all departments;
• Monitors the Hotel Management System (HMS) and refers system problems to the software developer;
• Monitors and maintains performance of Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) in coordination with Engineering Dep't. and changes its password regularly;

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• Education Required : Graduate of a four (4) year course in IT or Computer Science.
• Experience Required : Minimum of (2) years experience in maintaining Hotel computer system, knowledgeable in installing and maintaining computer area network and Wi-Fi requirements, can do graphics design.
