Develop and maintain detailed Revit models for mechanical, electrical, fire protection and plumbing systems.

Work closely with engineers to ensure accurate, coordinated, and clash-free documentation.

Support the production of construction documentation, schedules, and 3D visual outputs.

Contribute to BIM standards, content libraries, and workflow improvements.

Maintain proactive communication with other BIM Modelers and engineers to ensure alignment on design intent, project milestones, and technical requirements.

Prepare and review engineering documentation, ensuring it meets Meinhardt's standards and complies with relevant codes and legislation.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across borders, ensuring timely delivery and coordination of design outputs.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Autodesk Professional Certification is highly regarded.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in MEP Revit modelling.

Deep understanding of Autodesk Revit, including families and templates.

Familiarity with BIM principles, standards (e.g., ISO 19650), and workflows.

Knowledge of how to produce detailed drawings, schedules, and annotations.

Ability to create precise and clean Revit models with correct geometry and metadata.

Proficient in producing sheets, tags, legends, and schedules.

Experience working in cloud-based collaborative Revit environments (BIM 360 / ACC).

Experience working in collaborative environments with multiple disciplines.

Familiarity with collaboration platforms (e.g., Revizto).

Experience using AutoCAD.

Experience using tools like Navisworks or BIM 360 / ACC Model

Coordination for clash detection & resolution.

Ability to troubleshoot model issues and optimize performance
