  • Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates based on plans and specifications
  • Prepare and evaluate Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Monitor project costs and control budgets
  • Evaluate variations, progress billings, and change orders
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors
  • Prepare cost reports and financial summaries
  • Assist in contract administration and procurement activities
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical & Mechanical)
  • At least 1-2 years experience in the construction industry
  • Knowledgeable in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and project costing
  • Proficient in MS Excel and quantity surveying software (e.g., Planswift, CostX – an advantage)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
