Job Location: Las Piñas Head Office and Project Sites

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project budgets and expenses
  • Conduct cost analysis and prepare estimates
  • Evaluate billings and assist in contract negotiations
  • Generate financial reports

Qualifications:

  • BS Civil Engineering (Licensed is an advantage)
  • 1–2 years' experience in construction/quantity surveying
  • Proficient in PlanSwift or Bluebeam
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Knowledge of construction methods and materials

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
