Job Description:

We are looking for organized and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Back Office Staff. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or first-time job seekers who want to gain valuable office experience. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, data entry, and providing support to different departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Handle filing, scanning, and updating of records.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all information processed.
  • Coordinate with other departments for clerical tasks.

Qualifications:

  • At least HS/SHS graduate (College level/Graduate is a plus).
  • No work experience required – training will be provided.
  • Has typing skills and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Willing to work onsite, Monday to Friday.
