JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:

The Spanish Bilingual CSR is primarily responsible for answering inquiries with exceptional customer service while maintaining positive customer relation.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 6 months spanish bilingual account experience
  • Must be fluent in speaking, writing & reading Spanish
  • With BPO experience
  • Conversant in English as secondary language
  • We are prioritizing hiring locals for this role
  • Exemplary customer service skills - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
