JOB SCOPE:
- Respond to guests' inquiries about slot machines, including how they work, features, symbols, terms, and betting denominations.
- Monitor players' gameplay and suggest membership upgrades or complimentary ratings for eligible patrons.
- Notify Slot Technicians when significant machine repairs are needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have completed some college, ideally in Information Technology, Electronics, Tourism, or a related field.
- Must possess strong analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines.
