Accounting and Administrative Manager

Accounting:

· Oversees and manages the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries.

· Prepares trial balance, financial statements and management reports.

· Monitors cash flow and prepare forecasts to ensure financial stability.

· Ensures compliance with local tax regulations and other statutory requirements.

· Attends to and assists with Internal Audits, Vessel Audits, and External Audits.

· Maintains accurate financial documentation and records for audits and other compliance purposes.

· Develops and manage the annual budget in collaboration with management.

· Analyzes financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.

· Identifies opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

· Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.

Administrative:

· Supervises administrative staff and oversee daily office operations.

· Ensures the procurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.

· Develops, implements, and maintains company policies and procedures related to finance and administration.

· Ensures compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

· Acts as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth coordination of administrative and financial tasks.

· Provides support to management and staff by addressing administrative and financial inquiries.

· Other tasks as may be assigned.
