Responsibilities:Develop technology solutions to meet emerging and challenging customer requirements. Support design teams with analysis and solutions to complex control and hardware design issues. Conduct design reviews.

Develop mathematical tools for power circuit and control design and iteration. Provide guidance to improve efficiency, performance, reliability, and cost during product development. Deliver technical training to design teams.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in ECE/EE or related field. More than 12 years of experience in design engineering. Knowledge in:Power circuit, analog and digital control design of single and three-phase PFC, hard-switched, ZVS, resonant DC-DC converters.

Modeling and analysis of control loops through mathematical and simulation methods. Modeling, design, and analysis of complex magnetic circuits. EMI filter design.

Up-to-date with industry developments such as Wide Band Gap devices - GaN and SiC.Skills:Proficiency in PLECS, Simetrix/Simplis, Mathcad, Matlab, PSIM simulation tools. Strong mathematical abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
