Key responsibilities

  1. Manage all store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
  2. Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales and profitability targets
  3. Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to optimise efficiency and productivity
  4. Lead, motivate and develop a team of retail associates to deliver excellent customer service
  5. Monitor and analyse store performance data to identify areas for improvement
  6. Collaborate with the regional team to develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies
  7. Ensure the store environment is clean, organized and visually appealing to customers
  8. Comply with all relevant health, safety and security regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role
  2. Strong operational and people management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  4. Proficient in analysing store performance data and developing data-driven strategies
  5. Good understanding of retail best practices and trends
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
