Warehouse Supervisor

Purpose of the Position:

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible and accountable for loading and unloading orders, stocking inventory and maintaining warehouse; transporting orders of equipment, materials and supplies; and ensuring that assignments are completed in a safe, proper and timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Monitors and record of all incoming and outgoing materials and/or equipment.

2. Maintains the safety and security of the warehouse.

3. Secures the safety of the materials and/or equipment stored at the warehouse at all times.

4. Conducts regular inventory of the materials/supplies kept at the warehouse.

5. Performs other relevant tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

6. Check invoice & delivery receipt and notify to quality control officer.

7. Prepared Purchase Order of needed materials and submit to Purchasing

8. Check and monitor all materials and fixed asset transferred at site.

9. Monitoring of fast moving & consumable items. On time ordering of replenishment.

10. Monitor and record incoming and outgoing of diesel, oil and lubricant and daily consumption.

11. Prepare monthly inventory report, receiving and issuance report for materials and fixed asset.

12. Maintain proper housekeeping inside and within the premises of the warehouse.
    
    Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

13. Bachelor's degree

14. At least one (1) year related experience in warehousing and logistics

15. Strategic planning

16. High level of interpersonal skills and integrity;

17. Creative, forward thinker.

18. Coaching and leadership skills

19. Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets

20. Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.

21. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

22. A reliable professional who follows organization and department procedures, completes tasks in a timely manner.
