What You'll Do

Run the show – Plan, launch, and scale paid ad campaigns on TikTok, Shopee, Lazada & Meta.

Maximize ROI – Optimize targeting, bidding, and placements to turn clicks into conversions.

Test & win – Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences & messaging to find what truly works.

Dig into data – Track CPC, CTR, ROAS & more—use insights to fuel smarter strategies.

Collaborate & create – Work with creatives and marketers to deliver scroll-stopping ads.

Stay ahead – Keep your finger on the pulse of platform trends, algorithms & best practices.

Own the budget – Manage spend wisely, ensuring efficiency while smashing revenue goals.

What We're Looking For

Performance media experience - Has hands on experience running performance driven ads on TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Meta.

Data driven mindset - Comfortable working with numbers, reading dashboards, and using analytics tools to guide decisions.

Campaign optimizer - Can interpret results, test variations, and adjust targeting, budgets, and creatives to improve performance.

Ecommerce savvy - Has experience in affiliate, retail, or online ad buying, or a clear understanding of how ads drive sales in these channels.

Organized and proactive - Able to manage multiple campaigns at the same time, follow through on action items, and move fast without sacrificing accuracy.
