As an Analyst in the Analyst Services organization, you play a vital role in transforming complex investment data into accurate, timely, and reliable insights that power the Solovis Portfolio Analytics platform. Analysts ensure that investment data across public markets, private markets, and operational workflows is complete, validated, and ready for client use.
 
You will support data delivery and quality across the full lifecycle of our analytics process, from document retrieval and data extraction to reconciliation and reporting. Analysts are expected to leverage AI tools and automation to drive efficiency, surface insights faster, and continuously improve data quality and processes. Analysts work within defined workflows and service level standards, contributing directly to the accuracy, scalability, and client value of Solovis data services.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Source, process, and validate investment data from financial statements, custodians, and third-party providers to support portfolio analytics and client reporting
  • Perform reconciliations and quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of investment data while maintaining compliance with internal quality standards
  • Monitor workflow queues and deliverables to meet defined service level timelines and throughput expectations for assigned clients, funds, or datasets
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Operations, Document Management, and Portfolio Services to resolve exceptions and ensure data accuracy across the platform
  • Use AI and automation thoughtfully to streamline work, surface insights, and continuously improve data quality and process efficiency
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying data issues and suggesting process or automation enhancements that improve efficiency and quality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy, consistency, and data quality
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work through complex information and identify discrepancies
  • Comfort working with structured data, documents, and defined workflows
  • Disciplined, organized executor who can manage priorities and meet service level standards
  • Curious and adaptable learner who embraces new tools, AI, automation, and process improvements
  • Clear communicator and collaborative team player who asks thoughtful questions and escalates issues appropriately
