Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and events to strengthen brand presence, drive sales, and engage customers. This role requires creativity in graphic design, hands-on experience in production and merchandising, and the ability to manage sports-related events and activations that align with the company's goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns for sports retail products and seasonal promotions.
  • Coordinate with sales and retail teams to ensure marketing initiatives support store targets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide post-event or post-campaign reports.

Graphic Design & Creative Production

  • Design and produce marketing materials, including posters, banners, in-store displays, social media content, email templates, and product catalogues.
  • Ensure all visual materials are aligned with brand guidelines and appeal to the target market.
  • Collaborate with printers, production suppliers, and media agencies for high-quality and timely output.

Event Management

  • Organize and manage sports events, product launches, sponsorship activations, and community engagement programs.

Digital & Social Media

  • Create engaging visual content for digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and the company website.
  • Support online promotions and influencer partnerships.

Brand & Market Development

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the sports retail industry.
  • Assist in developing brand strategies that strengthen customer loyalty and expand market reach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
