Manages daily manufacturing operations, leading staff to meet targets by organizing workflows, scheduling tasks, ensuring quality and safety, troubleshooting issues, maintaining equipment, and reporting on performance, balancing office duties with floor supervision for efficient, profitable output. They act as the link between management and production teams, driving efficiency, minimizing costs, and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • ** Staff Supervision & Development**: Recruit, train, coach, and manage production teams, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts.
  • ** Production Planning**: Develop and execute daily/weekly schedules, set objectives, and prioritize tasks to meet output goals.
  • ** Process & Quality Control**: Monitor workflows, enforce quality standards, implement improvements, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • ** Safety & Maintenance**: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, oversee equipment use, schedule repairs, and maintain a clean work environment.
  • ** Reporting & Communication**: Generate performance reports, track metrics, and communicate with management and other departments.

Core Duties:

  • Organize and direct the production floor.
  • Assign responsibilities and create leadership roles.
  • Monitor production output and progress.
  • Troubleshoot process bottlenecks and malfunctions.
  • Manage inventory flow.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching.
  • Problem-solving and strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

With extensive experience in a manufacturing corrugated box.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
