About the Role:

We're seeking an
FP&A Analyst
(5+ years of experience) eager to evolve from analyzing financials to designing and developing the systems that power them.

This role is perfect for finance professionals who:

  • Enjoy building financial models in Excel and want to transform those skills into scalable system designs.
  • Are passionate about process improvement and automation.
  • Want to step into consulting, implementing and optimizing CPM/EPM systems for global clients.

You'll work with clients to translate financial processes into efficient, technology-enabled solutions using Vena, Planful, OneStream.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead or support the design, configuration, and implementation of financial planning and reporting models.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to understand requirements and translate them into system logic and workflows.
  • Support end-to-end project delivery — requirements gathering, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Continuously enhance solutions to improve client efficiency and decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

Finance Expertise:

  • Strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Proven experience in corporate financial consolidation, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Understanding of annual budget and quarterly forecast cycles, including consolidating results across multiple business units or countries.
  • Ability to design and implement financial models for new projects, markets, or business cases (e.g., new country entries, product launches, customer migrations).
  • Skilled in preparing and presenting financial reports and KPIs for executives and board-level discussions.
  • Experience managing CAPEX, OPEX, and revenue projections, aligning them with corporate strategic goals.
  • Advanced skills in accounting processes, financial modeling, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain reporting templates and financial dashboards for management visibility.
  • Exposure to multi-country operations and complex corporate reporting environments.

Technical & Consulting Readiness:

  • Experience with IBM Planning Analytics, Oracle EPM, Planful, OneStream, and/or Vena is highly valued.
  • Advanced Excel modeling and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn system implementation and consulting practices.
