ESL Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and support ESL teachers to uphold effective teaching standards.
• Design, facilitate, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.
• Monitor and assess teacher performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Collaborate with the academic team to improve curricula, materials, and teaching methods.
• Support teachers in addressing classroom challenges and enhancing instructional techniques.
• Coordinate class schedules, teacher assignments, and other academic operations.
• Ensure alignment of teaching practices and training initiatives with organizational goals.
• Stay updated with ESL teaching trends and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (any 4-year course accepted).
• Strong ESL teaching background with experience in training, coaching, or mentoring teachers.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is an advantage. TEFL/TESOL certification preferred; LPT is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for teacher development and promoting instructional excellence.
