We are seeking for passionate and skilled Homebased Online ESL Academic Supervisor who would like to join our growing and dynamic community that caters to global students. The Homebased Online ESL Academic Supervisor is responsible in overseeing all academic aspects of the institution’s online English language programs. This role involves managing a remote team of ESL teachers, ensuring effective online lesson delivery, maintaining curriculum standards, and fostering continuous academic improvement. The Academic Supervisor ensures an excellent virtual learning experience for both students and instructors.

Key Responsibilities :
Academic Leadership :
• Supervise the design, delivery, and evaluation of online ESL courses.
• Ensure curriculum alignment with CEFR, IELTS, TOEFL, or other relevant frameworks.
• Oversee the implementation of virtual assessment and feedback systems.
Teacher Management :
• Interview and train online ESL teachers.
• Conduct regular virtual observations and coaching sessions.
• Monitor teacher performance and provide individualized support and professional development.
Quality Assurance & Reporting :
• Maintain academic records.
• Prepare reports on teacher performance.
Collaboration & Communication :
• Coordinate with the operations, tech, and customer support teams.
• Act as the primary academic contact for students and internal staff.
• Lead or attend virtual academic meetings and strategic planning sessions.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, or any related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Recognized ESL Teaching Qualification (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/DELTA certification)
Minimum of 3 years of ESL teaching experience and 1–2 years in an academic or leadership role (online teaching experience preferred)
Proven experience in managing, motivating and supporting remote teams and online learning environments
Proficient in using online teaching platforms and technology
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills


Technical Requirements :
At least 10mbps wired internet connection
Laptop/desktop core i5/i7 or AMD equivalent
High-definition webcam
Noise-cancelling headset
