  • Responsible for construction and improvements of Lawson Convenience Stores
  • Review drawings and specifications, architectural and engineering plans for the implementation of the project
  • Knowledgeable in reading plans and Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Structural (MEPFS) drawings.
  • Provide solutions during construction to suit conditions and as approved job request (Colour schemes, material selections, shop drawings, RFI/RFA)
  • Prepares all necessary documents for permit application
  • Prepares project estimates and schedules
  • Willing to do field work
  • Has experience in retail fit-out interior works
  • Proficient with AutoCAD
  • Preferably licensed Civil Engineer

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
