  • Prepare various Quantity surveying documents including quantity estimates from Sketch drawings, structural, architectural and civil trades
  • Check inquiries to ensure that adequate information is available to enable an accurate estimate to be made, i.e drawings, commercial terms and specifications
  • Determine/Develop construction methodology and standards as they are defined by the bid documents and create construction standards for estimating system
  • Gather and researches data and information necessary for the preparation of estimates
  • Conducts ocular inspection which shall be used for the preparation and bidding
  • To support the Quantity estimating team in preparing bill of quantities leading to establishment of accurate and reliable cost database
  • To help update current QS database and historical info and maintain its files and records
  • Must be knowledgeable in AutoCAD
  • Understood and creates structural cutting list is a must
  • Experienced as a Quantity Surveyor is a must
  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Can start Asap

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php27,000.00 per month
