The Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our growing AI/Automation team. You'll be at the forefront of developing innovative AI-powered solutions that automate complex business processes, enhance decision-making, and create measurable value for both internal divisions and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack AI-powered applications using modern web technologies
• Build microservices-based solutions with event-driven architecture
• Create intelligent automation workflows for document processing, data analytics, and process optimization
• Develop both proof-of-concept prototypes and production-ready applications

AI Integration

• Integrate Large Language Models (GPT-4, Mistral, Llama) into business applications
• Work with Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio to deploy AI agents and models
• Implement intelligent document processing and natural language interfaces
• Collaborate on building reusable AI capabilities and frameworks

Technical Excellence

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Implement software development best practices including version control, testing, and CI/CD
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions

Innovation & Growth

• Contribute to Design Thinking workshops and innovation sessions
• Help identify and validate new AI opportunities across business functions
• Support the transition from internal solutions to external client products
• Assist in developing our AI SaaS platform strategy

Required Skills & Experience

Core Technologies

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, )
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Database design and management
• Version control systems (Git)

AI/ML Expertise (Required or Deep Interest)

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks or demonstrated passion to learn
• Understanding of LLMs and their practical applications
• Experience with Python for data processing and AI/ML tasks
• Familiarity with AI development tools and platforms

Software Engineering Practices

• Strong grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Test-driven development and automated testing
• DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Security-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft/Azure Cloud certifications
• Knowledge of Azure AI services and Cognitive Services
• Background in process automation or RPA
• Experience building SaaS applications
• Understanding of business operations in professional services (accounting, legal, financial)
• Previous startup or innovation lab experience
