We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Developer/Engineer Team Lead to oversee our cross-functional development team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in mobile app development (iOS & Android), backend systems (Laravel), frontend frameworks & ), UI/UX design, and quality assurance practices. This role combines technical leadership, project management, and hands-on development to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-centric applications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, designers, and QA analysts.

  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and foster continuous learning.
  • Coordinate sprints, allocate tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.

  • Technical Development

  • Drive architecture decisions across iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) mobile platforms.

  • Develop and maintain backend systems using Laravel (PHP framework).

  • Project Management

  • Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, project scope, and timelines.

  • Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
  • Identify risks, propose solutions, and maintain project transparency.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience in mobile, backend, and frontend technologies.
  • Proven experience as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Engineering Manager.

  • Strong proficiency in:

  • iOS: Swift, Objective-C

  • Android: Kotlin, Java
  • Backend: Laravel, REST APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL
  • Frontend: , , JavaScript/TypeScript
  • UI/UX: Figma, Adobe XD, usability principles
  • QA: Manual & automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, Cypress, etc.)
