We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Go High Level Virtual Assistant to support a strategic accountability coach working with solo entrepreneurs. This role focuses on creating and maintaining systems within Go High Level to help deliver repeatable, scalable client packages. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Go High Level, a proactive mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot and manage campaign builds and automations independently.

Work schedule

  • Part-time: 20 hours per week
  • UK morning hours

Responsibilities

  • Create and optimize funnels and campaigns within Go High Level
  • Design and implement automation workflows tailored to client needsConfident with landing page creation, campaign setup, and navigating white-labelled versions of GHL with ease
  • Build and maintain CRM pipelines, manage tags, and oversee lead segmentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or performance issues within Go High Level
  • Collaborate on productizing services into repeatable client packages
  • Maintain documentation of campaign updates and workflow processesAble to take ownership of tasks without constant hand-holding

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Go High Level (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Solid understanding of funnel design and automation workflows
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting coaches, consultants, or solo entrepreneurs is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple client accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
