OverviewCro Metrics is seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support toour Growth Strategy and Business Development/Marketing functions. This role is essential tohelping our client -facing and revenue -generating teams run smoothly by ensuring meetings,travel, events, and day -to -day tasks are organized and executed with care and precision.The ideal candidate is detail -oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast -paced, fully remoteenvironment. They're a proactive problem -solver who enjoys supporting cross -functional teamsand handling a mix of administrative, logistical, and coordination work with a positive, can -doattitude. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam & Operational Support ● Provide ongoing administrative support to the Growth Strategy and Business Development/Marketing teams. ● Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and rescheduling across multiple andcomplex time zones. ● Track and follow up on team action items, ensuring deadlines are met andcommunication flows smoothly. ● Assist with documentation, note -taking, and coordination for key internal and clientmeetings.Event & Logistics Coordination ● Plan and coordinate client on -sites, including scheduling, travel logistics, agendas, andmaterials. ● Arrange team and client lunches, both virtual and in -person, ensuring a seamless andthoughtful experience. ● Manage client gifting, including processing expenses through Divvy and handling Goodyor similar vendor purchases. ● Research and coordinate vendors, venues, or services as needed to support marketing,client, or team initiatives.Ad Hoc & Occasional Support ● Occasionally assist with small personal or operational errands, such as researching aservice or making phone calls. ● Support special projects or campaigns that require administrative or coordinationsupport.Qualifications ● Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or ExecutiveAssistant in a fast -paced, remote environment. ● Exceptional organizational and communication skills. ● Comfortable managing scheduling and logistics across multiple time zones.● Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management tools (e.g.,Asana, Notion, or similar). ● Experience handling expenses and purchases through systems like Divvy and Goody. ● Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.Nice -to -Have Skills ● Experience supporting marketing, business development, or client service teams. ● Familiarity with event planning or travel coordination. ● Experience working in a fully distributed or remote -first organization.What Success Looks Like ● Growth Strategy and Business Development/Marketing teams operate smoothly andefficiently. ● Meetings, events, and client engagements are well -organized and stress -free. ● Team members trust the Virtual Assistant as a reliable, resourceful, and proactivepartner who keeps operations running seamlessly
