About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Reserve Pool Officer to join our team at the Catarman Northern Samar branch of City Savings Bank. As a full-time role, this position plays a crucial part in supporting our retail banking operations and delivering exceptional customer service in the local community.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing backup and support to the branch team as needed, including teller duties, account servicing, and customer assistance
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell the bank's products and services to customers
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to all customer transactions and activities
  • Adhering to the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times
  • Contributing to the overall success and growth of the branch through active participation in team meetings and initiatives

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in a banking or customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in using computer systems and banking software
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
