Senior Business Analyst – Developer Experience (DevX)

Location:
Manila, Philippines (Hybrid)

We're looking for a
Senior Business Analyst
to join our
Developer Experience (DevX)
team. In this role, you'll optimize IT internal processes, improve product team workflows, and strengthen BA practices across the organization. You'll work closely with product teams, UX designers, and stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, drive process improvements, and enhance adoption of tools and systems.

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze and optimize internal workflows, product life cycle management, and IT processes.
  • Create handbooks, onboarding guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Facilitate workshops to co-create scalable ways of working.
  • Apply user-centric design principles and collaborate with UX and development teams.
  • Lead onboarding and training sessions for new tools or systems.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in business analysis with IT teams.
  • Experience in UI/UX design, process documentation, and end-user training.
  • Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, Prince2, PMI, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Figma.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and user empathy.
