Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Sales QA Specialist to join our dynamic BPO team. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and compliance of our sales interactions, helping drive excellence across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate sales calls to ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales agents
- Collaborate with team leads and trainers to improve performance metrics
- Generate QA reports and insights for continuous improvement
- Stay updated on campaign guidelines and compliance requirements
Main Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales QA role within the BPO industry
- Open to applicants who are at least 2nd year college level_ with no back subjects._
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in QA tools and reporting systems
- Willing to work flexible hours, including night shifts if required
