Key Responsibilities
-Recruitment & Staffing: Identify man power needs in departments like technicians, painters, mechanics, etc.
-Training & Development: Organize technical training for mechanics, body technicians, and painters, etc.
-Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee grievances or disputes, especially in the workshop or service areas; Foster a positive work environment and team culture in high-stress or physically demanding roles
-Performance Management: Implement performance review system tailored to roles
-Payroll & Benefits Administration: Manage payroll, leave, and attendance records; Administer benefits (e.g. overtime compensation, bonuses, etc.)
-HR Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce policies on discipline, attendance, grooming (especially for customer-facing staff) and ethics; Maintain the employee handbook and update it as needed
-HR Reporting & Data Management: Maintain employee records (certifications, training logs, evaluations); Generate HR Reports for management (turnover, absenteeism, hiring needs)
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday (8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23, Php26,000.00 per month
