Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative for a Telco Account, you will provide frontline support to customers of a telecommunications company. Your role involves handling inquiries, resolving service and billing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and timely assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Update customer records and document interactions in the system
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction
  • Meet performance goals such as call quality, handling time, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • HS/SHS Graduate
  • At least 6 months of customer service or call center experience
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends and holidays
