DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the conceptualization of marketing activities and strategies (digital and offline) that will support the Parts Sales team in achieving its monthly and yearly target.
  • Conceptualize and create marketing materials for print, digital, and offline marketing activities.
  • Conducts market survey for all spare parts product line-up.
  • Coordinate events, promotions, and launch to support marketing initiatives.
  • To attend company events with the participation of Spare Parts and Accessories.
  • Facilitate implementation of Yamaha Parts Academy.
  • Coordination with Marketing Department for the digital promotion activities of Spare Parts and Accessories.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, providing insights into optimization.
  • Manage and maintain marketing databases, email lists, and other mandated systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing teams, including scheduling meetings, booking travel itineraries, preparing reports, and managing communications.
  • Perform other duties and tasks that may be assigned by the management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Bachelor/ College degree; any business-related course.
  • Preferably adept with MS applications, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledgeable in photo & video editing.
  • Preferably with experience in Sales and Marketing in automotive or motorcycle industry.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong.
