Position: Senior RPA Developer (UiPath & Power Automate) Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a Senior RPA Developer with hands‑on experience in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate to design, develop, and support intelligent automation solutions. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver scalable, high‑quality automation systems. Technical & Functional Competencies Must Have: Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Tools – SharePoint, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Power BI, OneDrive Hands‑on experience with UiPath Studio , UiPath Orchestrator , and Automation Hub Good to Have: Programming knowledge in Python, C#, VB.NET , or VBS Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) , Git , and Azure DevOps Exposure to AI/ML , AI Agents , or Agentic Automations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 4–6 years of experience in software development, automation, or RPA 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in UiPath RPA development Proven experience designing and implementing workflows in Microsoft Power Automate Strong understanding of exception handling , data manipulation , and document understanding (OCR) UiPath Certification preferred Knowledge of AI/ML integration with RPA is an advantage Key Responsibilities Process Analysis & Automation Design Work with business stakeholders to analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities. Design and document RPA solutions aligned with business goals and best practices. RPA Development Develop, test, and implement automation solutions using UiPath and Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) . Write clean, maintainable, and scalable automation scripts. Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications and systems. Quality Assurance & Testing Conduct thorough testing of automation workflows to ensure performance, accuracy, and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues identified during development and testing phases. Reporting, Documentation & Analysis Create and maintain comprehensive project and technical documentation. Track project progress, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements for efficiency. Monitor daily service deliverables and provide regular status reports. Support & Maintenance Provide ongoing support for existing automations and resolve stakeholder‑raised issues promptly. Implement preventive and corrective actions for recurring problems to ensure long‑term stability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
