We are part of the Ozhean Group, with a strong presence across Korea, Malaysia, and Singapore, comprising 10 clinics. Renowned for innovation and advanced Korean-inspired aesthetics, our clinic specializes in cutting-edge collagen-stimulating treatments, rejuvenation programs, and medical spa services. As we grow our digital presence, we are seeking a SEO & Web Programming Specialist to join our team. This role combines expertise in search engine optimisation (SEO) with strong skills in website development and programming. The ideal candidate is both analytical and technical—capable of improving online visibility while ensuring our websites are well-structured, functional, and optimised for performance. Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):

  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page/off-page optimisation.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Optimise website content, structure, and metadata for both users and search engines.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure blog articles follow SEO best practices (e.g., keyword targeting, internal linking, readability, media assets insertion).
  • Monitor SEO performance with tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied across campaigns.

Web Programming & Development:

  • Maintain, update, and improve website functionality, security, and performance.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or similar).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (e.g., broken code, bugs, plugin conflicts).
  • Implement technical SEO fixes (site speed optimisation, mobile responsiveness, structured data, etc.).
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure a seamless user experience across devices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in both SEO management and web development/programming.
  • Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Understanding of website architecture, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and hosting environments.
  • Ability to diagnose and fix coding issues, improve site speed, and implement structured data.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and web accessibility standards is a plus.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
