Senior Web Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Developer to join our team. As a Senior Web Developer, you will be responsible for building, updating, and maintaining high-performance websites. Your expertise in front-end development and website optimization will ensure our web properties meet modern standards for performance, security, and scalability.

As a core member of our team, you will work collaboratively with other teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all web assets. You will also provide proactive and professional reports and updates on web projects and programs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience in client management, web development, communications, and digital marketing. They will also have a sound understanding of social and digital media advertising, as well as experience running multi-functional projects for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement custom web designs and develop websites on Shopify and WordPress (Elementor)
  • Implement recommendations to improve site speed, reduce technical debt, and enhance overall user experience
  • Collaborate with creative, paid media, SEO, account management, content, and product teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all web assets
  • Provide proactive and professional reports and updates on web projects and programs
  • Set up GA4 analytics and Zapier notification systems
Requirements:
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in client management, web development, communications, and digital marketing
  • Passion and experience in web development (Shopify & Wordpress/Elementor) and digital marketing
  • Sound understanding of social and digital media advertising
  • Experience running multi-functional projects for clients
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills

This is a full-time position working remotely, following Sydney, Australia timezone/work hours. We offer a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy and flexible approach to work with an agile mindset.
