Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • College graduate
  • At least 6 months to 1 year
    experience in
    administrative work and email correspondence
  • Fresh graduates are open
    , provided they have
    internship experience in admin or email management
  • Preferably with
    Insurance knowledge
  • Strong
    written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficient in
    MS Office and email management
  • Energetic, organized, detail-oriented, and team-oriented

Role Summary

To assist in the preparation, monitoring, and communication of claims-related documents and updates, ensuring timely and accurate claims correspondence throughout the contract period.

Key Responsibilities

Daily / Almost Daily Tasks:

  • Monitor and follow up outstanding (OS) balances
  • Daily updating of claims tracker
  • Monitor inbound and outbound claims advice
  • Update daily trackers and records

Weekly Tasks:

  • Prepare and send letters to members with correct details
  • Prepare and send:
  • Return Advice
  • Reject Advice
  • Payment Notification

Other Tasks:

  • Other administrative tasks related to claims handling
  • Travel plan and benefit familiarization for efficient task execution
