About the role

BW SUPERBAKESHOP-ELJIN' is seeking a talented and experienced Store Head to manage our store located in Gapan City, Nueva Ecija. As the Store Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time role based in our Gapan City location.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and lead a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and scheduling
  • Analyse sales data and implement strategies to drive growth and improve profitability
  • Ensure the store is well-maintained, organised, and compliant with company policies and procedures
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve overall business objectives
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales associates to support their professional development

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail store management role, preferably in the consumer products industry
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive shopping experience
  • Proficient in inventory management, cash handling, and store operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment, including weekends and holidays as needed
