Job Summary

The Selling Supervisor is responsible for the category profitability through category building and management on the day to day selling operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Customer service management
  • Category building:
  • Accountable for category sales achievement
  • Ensure 100% customer service level
  • Ensures that WalterMart standards are implemented
  • Safety and sanitation of the category
  • Ensures implementation of first to expire, first out (FEFO)
  • Bad order management
  • Timely and accurate execution of all promotion
  • Ensures that shelf tags are updated
  • Ensures 100% inventory accuracy of category assignment
  • Supervise and monitor performance of sales support staff and merchandisers in the category

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with business emphasis, Sales / Marketing / Administration. With atleast 2 years relevant work experience in store management and operations from retail and food establishments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
