Job Description Supervises the overall operations of slaughtering and meat fabrication, and ensuring compliance to set specifications and requirements while optimizing plant capacity, operational and economic efficiency. Qualifications Education:BS degree in Industrial Engineering; BS Food Science; BS Animal Science; BS Agri Business Management and other related fields Experience:With one to Two (2)-year experience in food production or in supervisory roleOther Requirements:COMPETENCIES I. KnowledgeWorking knowledge of production operation and capacityWith training and working knowledge on GMP-HACCPTechnical understanding of hog carcass and meat cutsWorking knowledge of inventory controlII. SkillsLeadership abilities and interpersonal relationsPlanning, analytical, numerical, problem-solving skills6. Supervisory skills for training staff in Production processes7. Excellent time management skills Additional Information Food Safety:> Complies with quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards and regulations of the company.> Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.Other Tasks:> Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management etc. > Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the team leader.
