Job Description
Supervises the overall operations of slaughtering and meat fabrication, and ensuring compliance to set specifications and requirements while optimizing plant capacity, operational and economic efficiency.

Qualifications
Education:

  • BS degree in Industrial Engineering; BS Food Science; BS Animal Science; BS Agri Business Management and other related fields

Experience

  • With one to Two (2)-year experience in food production or in supervisory role

Other Requirements
COMPETENCIES
I. Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of production operation and capacity
  • With training and working knowledge on GMP-HACCP
  • Technical understanding of hog carcass and meat cuts
  • Working knowledge of inventory control

II. Skills

  • Leadership abilities and interpersonal relations
  • Planning, analytical, numerical, problem-solving skills
  • Supervisory skills for training staff in Production processes
  • Excellent time management skills

Additional Information

Food Safety


Complies with quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards and regulations of the company.

Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.


Other Tasks


Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management etc.

Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the team leader.
