We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Expert to join our growing remote team. You will support clients in digital marketing, advertising, and creative media, empowering them to build stronger brands and achieve measurable growth.

The Role

The Google Ads Expert oversees all paid advertising campaigns (primarily Google Ads and social ads) to generate leads and conversions. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and optimizing paid media strategies and campaigns (search, display, social, etc.) aligned with business goals.
  • Conducting keyword research and managing bids/budgets to maximize ROI and cost-efficiency.
  • Collaborating with creative and analytics teams to A/B test ads, landing pages, and tracking (pixels, tags).
  • Monitoring campaign performance daily and reporting metrics (clicks, CTR, conversions, CPA, ROAS) to leadership.
  • Strategize, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Video.
  • Monitor and analyze paid and organic performance; adjust strategies to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Manage content calendars and publish engaging social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Design visually appealing graphics for ads, posts, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Google Ads management (Search, Display, Social Ads).
  • Proficiency in keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting.

Requirements:

  • Must be actively seeking full-time work (no other job commitments)
  • Willing to work night shift (11 PM - 08 AM, Philippine Time)
