About the Role

Join our skilled team at Stile Italia Inc. as an Installer, based in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the professional installation of our high-quality modular cabinetry, furniture, and other woodworking systems. Your precision and attention to detail will be essential in delivering outstanding results to our valued clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Carefully measure, align, and install modular cabinetry, furniture, and woodworking systems to the highest standards
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction with the final installation
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and resolve them efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are properly maintained
  • Collaborate with the wider team to optimize installation workflows and identify areas for improvement

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in modular furniture or cabinetry installation, with a strong understanding of system-based woodworking
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, layout plans, and modular blueprints
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members
  • A commitment to safety and adherence to established procedures
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in modular installation, cabinetry, or related fields
