Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the Interior Design (ID) team to ensure high-quality outputs and timely submissions.
  • Assign projects, monitor progress, and provide guidance on design standards and presentation quality.
  • Conduct regular training and skills development for the team.

Design & Project Coordination

  • Review and approve design concepts, layouts, and presentations before submission to clients.
  • Work closely with sales executives to understand client requirements and provide design proposals that align with sales objectives.
  • Oversee preparation of mood boards, 3D renderings, and technical drawings for production.
  • Ensure all designs meet ergonomic, functional, and aesthetic standards.

Sales Support

  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to explain design concepts and proposals.
  • Provide technical assistance and design recommendations to sales staff to support project negotiations.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure designs are feasible and within budget.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure design outputs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of design trends, materials, and innovative furniture solutions.

Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly design activity reports for management review.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4–5 years' experience in interior design, preferably in the office and home furniture industry.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of furniture production processes is an advantage.

Work Conditions:

  • Office-based with regular visits to client sites and production facilities.
  • May require extended hours to meet project and sales deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
