URGENT HIRING: MARKETING MANAGER

Office Location: San Rafael, Bulacan

Work Setup: Hybrid (4 to 5 days onsite, 1 to 2 days WFH)

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8am to 5pm)

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and drive business growth. This role plays a key part in shaping the companys content strategy, managing multi-channel campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand positioning across all platforms. The ideal candidate has proven expertise in content planning, storytelling, and campaign execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or content strategy roles.
• Strong background in content strategy, including planning and managing monthly content calendars.
• In-depth understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and digital marketing trends.
• Proven experience in the sanitaryware, bathroom fixtures, or home improvement industries is highly preferred; also open to candidates with background in retail, hardware, or construction materials industries.
• Experience managing external creative teams, agencies, or freelancers.
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with company objectives and market positioning.
• Lead content strategy development, ensuring consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned content across all platforms (digital, social media, print, and in-store).
• Manage the marketing content calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.
• Strengthen brand identity and positioning, maintaining coherence across marketing materials and communications.
• Oversee creative production, collaborating with designers, writers, and agencies to deliver high-quality, impactful marketing outputs.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches, trade promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business goals.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
• Stay updated on market and industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation.
• Mentor and guide junior team members (if applicable), fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
