CRO & Web Experience Manager

About the job

We are looking for a highly skilled CRO & Web Experience Manager to take full ownership of the strategic design, optimisation, and performance of our websites and landing pages across multiple brands in our group of companies.

This is a pivotal role responsible for improving conversion rates, elevating user experience, and driving measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager, Web Developer, content creators, and growth team to ensure every page is designed with purpose, clarity, and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Website Experience & Conversion Design

• Own the end-to-end strategic design of all website pages and landing pages across multiple brands.
• Conduct UX/UI reviews and implement data-driven improvements.
• Develop high-converting page layouts, wireframes, and UI recommendations.
• Ensure design aligns with brand positioning and product goals.

2. CRO

• Lead A/B tests, multivariate tests, and ongoing conversion experiments.
• Build hypotheses, run tests, analyse results, and implement findings.
• Continuously optimise user flows, CTAs, product pages, funnels, and lead-gen pages.
• Monitor micro-conversions (scroll depth, clicks, interactions, form completions).

3. Analytics & Insights

• Set up and manage GA4, heatmaps (Hotjar/Clarity), recordings, event tracking, and dashboards.
• Build reporting frameworks to track performance and conversion outcomes.
• Present insights and recommendations based on real user behaviour and data.

4. Collaboration

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align ads → landing pages → funnels.
• Partner with the Web Developer for implementation of CRO experiments and UI changes.
• Liaise with content creators to ensure content matches strategic UX goals.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Maintain an ongoing testing roadmap across all brands.
• Identify new CRO opportunities and stay across industry benchmarks.
• Ensure websites always reflect best-practice UX, speed, mobile performance, and SEO considerations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years of experience in CRO, UX/UI optimisation, or website performance management (agency or in-house).
• Proven experience designing and optimising landing pages, e-commerce pages, product pages, and funnels.
• Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar/Clarity, A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize alternatives).
• Ability to translate data insights into website changes that improve conversions.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI best practices and user behaviour psychology.
• Able to work with developers and marketing teams to bring experiments to life.
• Experience working across multiple brands or websites is a strong advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience with WooCommerce / WordPress (Elementor) ecosystems.
• Familiarity with SEO basics and performance optimisation.
• Ability to interpret ad performance and align with landing page objectives.
• Basic Figma / design tool skills to produce wireframes or mockups.
