Job Summary:

The Reserve Pool Officer acts as a multi-functional support officer who can be deployed to various branches to serve as a reliever in the absence of key branch personnel such as the Customer Service Associate (CSA), Branch Operations Officer (BOO), and Branch Manager (BM) in acting capacity, to ensure seamless branch operation, business continuity, and consistent delivery of excellent customer service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     Assume the duties and responsibilities of CSA, BOO, or BM in acting capacity as required to maintain operational continuity.

2.     Readiness to assume the position, when required as identified by Management.

3.     Ensure that all banking transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in strict compliance with internal policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.

4.     Uphold and maintain the bank's service quality standards, particularly during employee absences, peak workloads, or manpower shortages, to guarantee uninterrupted customer service and operational efficiency.

5.     Provide administrative and operational assistance to the Cluster Head, including the preparation, submission, and monitoring of required reports, and documentation.

6.     Ensure critical records are scanned/uploaded to the Network Attached Storage Server NASSVR.

7.     Perform duties and responsibilities required under the latest manual of operations pertaining to the position.

8.     Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

WORK RELATIONSHIPS

Reports directly to the Cluster Head.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

Education      Graduate of any four (4) year business related course.

§  Three (3) years relevant experience in Branch Operations
