ey Responsibilities:
  • Work with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, and implement RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) for Oracle ERP.
  • Develop PL/SQL procedures, functions, triggers, and packages for business logic and data processing.
  • Create and maintain data migration scripts for loading legacy data into Oracle ERP.
  • Build and support integrations between Oracle ERP and external systems (using APIs, Web Services, Middleware).
  • Develop and customize reports using BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, or OTBI (Fusion).
  • Conduct unit testing and support SIT/UAT defect resolution.
  • Ensure all customizations follow Oracle standards and best practices.
  • Provide deployment support and assist with cutover/migration activities.
  • Document technical designs, code, and configurations for knowledge transfer and audit purposes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience as an Oracle Developer in ERP implementation projects.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, Procurement, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with BI Publisher, Oracle Forms/Reports, OAF/ADF (for EBS), or OTBI (for Fusion).
  • Familiarity with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like SOA, ODI, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
  • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud development experience (OTBI, VBCS, ADF, BIP).
  • Oracle certifications (OCP, ERP Cloud Developer, etc.).
  • Experience in Agile methodology and DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to Unix/Linux scripting for job automation.
