Position Summary
The Finance Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of NetSuite and other key financial applications (including, but not limited to, PBCS, HFM, Blackline, Workiva, Coupa, Vertex, and Avalara). This role will provide Level 1-3 support to end users, ensuring system integrity, data accuracy, and optimal performance. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with a solid understanding of finance processes and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
User Support (Level 1-3)

• Provide Tier 1-3 support for NetSuite and integrated financial systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating to the Finance Systems team as needed.
• Respond to user inquiries, service requests, and incidents in a timely manner.
• Document issues, solutions, and best practices in a knowledge base.
• Develop & deliver user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for system processes and procedures.

System Administration

• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Perform system configurations, updates, and routine maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT for system upgrades and patching.

Process Improvement & Documentation

• Identify opportunities to optimize finance system processes and workflows.
• Support the implementation of new features, modules, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and system documentation.

Compliance & Controls

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit standards.
• Support periodic access reviews and audit evidence collection.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, IT, and other business units to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in system projects, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience administering NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules (financial management, global and multi-entity management, CRM, Data & Analytics)
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Experience providing Level 1-3 system support in a multi-system environment.
• Experience supporting financial applications such as PBCS, HFM, Blackline, Workiva, Coupa, Vertex, or Avalara is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• NetSuite Administrator certification or equivalent is required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with system integrations and data migration.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit processes.
• Scripting or workflow automation experience (SuiteScript, Celigo, etc.).
• Project management skills and experience with system implementations.
