About the role

As the Accounting Officer at GOLDENLION CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY CORP.', you will play a vital role in the financial operations of the company. This full-time position, based in Cabuyao City Laguna, will see you responsible for a range of accounting and financial reporting tasks that are crucial to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
  2. Generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
  3. Reconciling bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts
  4. Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
  5. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  6. Providing support and guidance to other departments on financial matters
  7. Participating in the implementation of new accounting systems and processes

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  2. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
  3. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, practices, and regulations
  4. Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
