Job Overview:

The Chief of Staff to the Founder is a key leadership role, serving as the strategic advisor and operational arm for the executive office. You are the trusted partner who will operationalize and keep the team accountable for the Founder's vision, ensuring their strategic priorities are effectively translated into action and executed across the organization to achieve our goals.
This role is a dynamic blend of strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and executive enablement. You will be the central hub for the company's most critical initiatives, acting as a proxy for the Director in key meetings and decisions. You will operate with deep business acumen and foresight, anticipating challenges and orchestrating solutions to complex problems. By driving alignment among the leadership team and managing the flow of strategic information, you empower the entire organization to maintain momentum and perform at a world-class level. You are not just supporting an executive; you are a leader, executor and force multiplier for the entire business.
What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted partner to the Founder, helping execute key strategic initiatives.
- Lead special projects, track priorities, and manage cross-functional alignment.
- Support financial and operational oversight of the Founder's business and personal ventures.
- Prepare briefings, reports, and materials for meetings and strategic planning.
- Serve as the communication bridge between the Founder, leadership team, and external partners.
- Anticipate challenges and coordinate effective solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 5+ years in senior operations, strategy, or executive support roles.
- Experience in financial oversight, legal compliance, and international operations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Tech-savvy; proficient with Google Workspace and tools like Asana.
- Resourceful, analytical, and comfortable working across time zones.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shift (morning shift; ideally willing to work occasional evenings)
- Weekends off
- Philippine holidays observed
- Permanent Work From Home
- Open to part-time arrangements
