About the role

MoneyCat Financing Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Collection Admin to join our dynamic team in our Mandaluyong City office. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our collections processes, contributing to the overall financial health and success of the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records
  • Conduct regular outreach to customers to collect outstanding payments and resolve delinquencies
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to optimise debt recovery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective collections strategies
  • Generate detailed reports on collections performance and provide insights to management
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in a collections or customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle sensitive customer interactions
  • Proficiency in data entry and the use of collections management software
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • A customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices
