Job Goal / Rationale

We are looking for a phenomenal Appointment Setter to join our team and support our sales team by contacting prospective clients via telephone and email to ensure our sales professionals meet their monthly meeting goals. An Appointment Setter's responsibilities include making sure that potential clients might be interested in our products and services, then scheduling a time with each potential client so they can meet one-on-one or in groups with our organization's Sales Representatives. Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to set appointments for our sales team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contacting low-awareness leads generated through various channels.
  • Engaging with leads through phone calls, emails, and other assigned channels (including Hubspot and LinkedIn Navigator)
  • Developing engaging and informative conversations to understand basic needs and challenges related to their IT infrastructure.
  • Assessing lead fit for our services using 3-5 pre-defined questions provided by the team.
  • Scheduling qualified leads for consultations with our sales consultants
  • Leaving professional voicemails for unanswered calls, piquing their interest in a consultation
  • Accurately documenting all interactions with leads in our CRM system (Hubspot)
  • Tracking and reporting key performance metrics such as number of calls made, emails sent, appointments booked, and show-up rates.


Requirements

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in appointment setting or a related field, preferably with experience engaging low-awareness leads.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to educate and build rapport with individuals who have limited knowledge of our industry.
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills to address lead concerns and inquiries effectively.
  • Experience with cold calling and leaving compelling voicemails.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, LinkedIn Navigator, and similar CRM/business development tools.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive and proactive attitude with a desire to exceed expectations.
  • ​Passion for learning and staying up to date on industry trends.
